As employment attorney with 10 years practice, I understand workplace dynamics from compliance and risk perspective. More importantly, how to help you navigate difficult situations without vulnerable position.

Why This Work
After helping my daughter and friends navigate early-career challenges, I realized a massive gap between what young professionals need and get.
Career centers are overwhelmed—1,889 students per counselor (NACE research). Parents mean well but don’t understand today’s workplace. Most leadership development starts years into someone’s career. By then, bad patterns are already established.
I Started PEOPLE MATTER LLC to fill gap—giving early-career professionals strategic guidance exactly when needed, before bad patterns become ingrained habits.
