Working with employees in twelve countries, her roles have had global reach. Ellen has transformed HR from an administrative function to a business enabler and culture efforts from episodic to strategic.
She has rapidly built missing people systems and infrastructure to drive significant cost savings while increasing diversity and ensuring equity. Throughout her career, she has led successful initiatives in change management, operational excellence, and compensation redesign. Her extensive knowledge of human resources has helped her to build programs that drive employee wellbeing and growth. With degrees in Law, Behavioral Economics and Organizational Design, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior to all that she does.
